New Tutorial on Penguintutor - Network IP Alias addresses in Linux

I've not had much time to spend on my websites so it's been a long time since I've added a new tutorial to the PenguinTutor.com website. I have now finally got around to adding a new one. Adding an IP alias is something that I needed to do on my home computer so I used the opportunity to put it into a new tutorial.

IP aliasing allows multiple IP addresses to be configured against the same physical interface. In this case it allowed two different network ranges to be used on the same network switch to allow network based configuration of a network enabled device.
