Why use a specialised CAD program, when you can use Minecraft instead? This is a program to demonstrate how you can create software to interact with Minecraft. I used this to create a 3D printed model based on a design in Minecraft. It's not going to replace CAD, but can provide a way to create a 3D model from your Minecraft environment.

The program is designed in Python using mcpi to interface with Minecraft, Pyqt to create a graphical user interface for the user. The program then creates an OpenSCAD computer aided design file which can be used to create a 3D model suitable for 3D printers.

The program is work in progress. The latest version is available from Github.
